DOM Scripting

There's a new book on JavaScript writen by Jeremy Keith :

“DOM Scripting: Web Design with JavaScript and the Document Object Model” is published by Friends of ED. The book is aimed at designers rather than programmers. If you've learned the benefits of Web Standards through CSS and you're now ready to move on to the next level, this is the book for you.

Meanwhile, RIP FrontPage. SharePoint Designer and Expression Web Designer are Microsoft's Web site/Web application design tools for the future.

Windows Defender Beta 2 Now Available

Finally the long overdue update to Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta 1 is available for download at Microsoft.

Now I konw why Microsoft call it a 'Beta' release. It seems that if you try to install Defender on a non-english version of Windows you will get an error 1609. Just create a local group named 'users' and try again. Worked for me.
