- Check the db
- activate and deactivate the system
- pin and unpin a directory
- delete files from the cache
- and more...
And you will be able to do all that even if you server is down or crash.

Now the bad news : Miscrosoft hasn't release CSCCMD v1.1 to the pulic yet (don't ask me why), so you wont be able to find it in Microsoft downloads. But your lucky, someone gently put the file on MegaUpload for us (big thanks).
