Jean-Pierre Paradis's Blog: Toolkit to Temporarily Block Delivery of Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1

As it did with Windows XP Service Pack 2, Microsoft is making available to enterprise users a blocking tool that will temporarily halt SP1 downloads. Please note that the mechanism to temporarily disable delivery of Windows Server 2003 SP1 will be available till March 30, 2006.
